After cleaning my rifle the other day with some KG products that I won at the last Practical Marksman's match, I thought I should let y'all know how they work. If you haven't tried their KG-12 copper solvent, I think it's the best copper solvent I've used yet. It digs copper out faster that Sweet's or any of the other ammonia-based cleaners I've used, but without the smell that your wife rolls her eyes about. It has a very light soapy smell, nothing more.

Their other products- carbon and abrasive cleaners, oils, and such, seem to be just as good as anything else out there, but the copper cleaner is just outstanding. Plus, the guys at KG are easy to work with and are very supportive of the shooting community. Give it a shot, you'll like it.

Every one of their products is better than anything else comparative I've been able to find! I sell them in the store and they are by far the best products I've ever used, and that's why we sell it.

Chore boy copper pads from the cleaning section in Walmart wrapped around a brush! It's like coarse steel wool, but is made of copper instead of steel.
